there is an allergy website Z found a while ago. You put in all of your allergies and it finds recipies and stuff you can eat.

I will try to find it, but see if you can find it too.

all of the allergies are known through blood work, IgG test specificly. I am waiting to here back from the Dr. about related foods, life citrus. I know that cashews and walnuts are ok, they were tested and came back negative. So is salmon. My body is so over stressed right now that I'm not sure what I am reacting to or how.

Wheat and rice both? Hell.

Okay, let's approach this logically.

Protein, starch, fruits, vegetables, fats.

Protein: BAD: crab, lobster, egg, peanuts, soy, almond, chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, tuna, turkey.
Your hummus is good, but some animal source protein would be a good idea when you can get it. Protein in general is important to someone whose body is under stress. It looks like the usual suspects are right out; do you know whether you can eat lamb? Salmon? Salmon comes in cans and can be used in place of tuna, although it costs. Other portable fishy option: salmon and tuna jerky. Used to eat it all the time in Seattle ( ... )

Cherries and almonds? Got it. I wouldn't have known that one. (Thank god, because I am quite partial to both)
