Drivers who are overly courteous. Don't get me wrong, I like courteous drivers but it's irritating as fuck when you're on a busy road like Shelbourne or Quadra or something and you have no qualms about waiting for a gap in traffic so you can cross the street but for some reason a driver sees you and decides to hit the brakes, making everyone stop ( Read more... )

i detest drivers that do that. especially ones that are the only car on the road, and dont have to stop at all because you can just go right after them. sometimes if someone does that, i pretend im being courteous and i wave them through and i dont go until they do. just to piss them off.

I think in general people who drive over courteously or over cautiously are actually way more dangerous. They're a lot less predictable, randomly stop for things nobody else sees except them (usually things that aren't actually dangerous, but could be dangerous in the rarest of freak accidents), and since they drive so cautiously it actually annoys other people on the road and makes those people drive more aggressively because they're so annoyed.
