Is anyone out there a Lost fan besides Tracy and me? Man oh man I love that show! I don't think there is an episode that hasn't made me cry yet. Yes I know, I'm all patheticness. :P

Oh God... this thing with your mum is incredibly frustrating! It's like witnessing a catastrophe and being unable to do anything because it's not your decision to make. Sucks. :(

Exactly! It is witnessing a catastrophe because I know the consequences of what she's doing, or rather not doing. If I tell her then she just tunes me out and says something like, "Well anyway there's no reason to really discuss it because I've made up my mind."

The kicker is when I am forced to listen to her advice on how to solve my marriage problems. *snort* I mean really! She's been married twice and both times for seven years. I've been married for nearly twenty years, once. Um.... I think I know more about that now than she does. :P

Wow! I'm so glad that he enjoyed looking at it. :)

I use S2's Components. Now this is ultra customized and I started with a layer given to me by milasmith, who is just adorable by the way. ;)

I'd be happy to send you a copy of mila's original layer. I don't think she'd mind at all. I'd have to dig back through my email and find it.

There's a fantastic community on how to customize it like I did. component_help Kunzite is SO sweet and helpful. He did most of the info there and even popped into my journal to help me not too long ago too. :)

I really like that your husband is on LJ too. I read over his journal and what a nice person he is. You two are very lucky to have each other. It's so refreshing to see that.

You might be interested in meeting lavender1022, though she doesn't post very often. Her husband is also here at LJ. For a split second I wondered if you two were them and had switched names, but I see this isn't the case. :P

It was my husband who got me on LJ. A 20 something coworker got him involved. I was reading his entries and flist and wanted to comment on some of them. Now I'm posting three times as much as he is. lol.

I told lavender1022 about you and I think she friended you. She's very sweet and I think you'll like her. I just wish she'd post more often. I enjoy her very much.

You should know that there is one other Lost fan on your flist: ME! You're the one that started me on it, you know. Although, there have been times whent the show is getting really interesting and intense and it ends. More than once I've tossed myself to the ground, yelling, "I HATE THIS SHOW!" Heh. But, I get it. I know that's part of what keeps people coming back for more.

I'll have to try to remember to send you some comments made back and forth between my friend Mike and I on a message board. We talk about Survivor all the time, but it's been getting a little boring this season, so we started talking about Lost as if the characters were contestants on Survivor. It's pretty funny.

I wasn't really sure if you were still watching it or not. You didn't seem too enthused about it, so I just wasn't sure.

There's a site that I frequent for Lost. I think I've told you about it. Anyway, there is a poll there on voting people off the island like survivor. Take a stab at who you think is in the lead... and in the lead by a great length too.

Hmm... let's see. My first thought of who should be voted off would be the man that claimed to be Henry Gale. But, of the regular castaways... first choice would be Sawyer, second would be Jin (just guessing he's not a very popular character) and third would be Ana Lucia.

Er... I didn't phrase that very well. Those are people I suspect others would want to see voted off, not my personal choices.

My personal choice would be *sigh* Jack. I want to like him, but I don't - due to the way he treats Locke. Second choice would be Sawyer. Third - big shock and I didn't feel this way until this last episode at all - Rose. I think it's very selfish of her not to want anyone to be rescued. I understand that she believes her cancer has been cured by being on the island, but couldn't she just stay behind and let the others get rescued?

I suppose it's not that big an issue, since no one seems all that interested in being rescued, anyway. Still - I think she's being very selfish.

Why are parents so difficult sometimes?? I swear, as they get older, they revert back to being teenagers! LOL!! In all seriousness though, I hope everything turns ok for her. (((hugs)))
