that's an appealing notion, but it loses its flavor when these "flaws" or "un-flaws" leave a wake of destruction behind the subject and those connected with him or her.

the folks with glaring inconsistencies in their lives are definetly more interesting, i'll allow that, but I don't believe that a life where we let our character flaws define us is worth a whole lot.

also "not boring" does not equal "good or desirable." i would imagine that dealing with being raped as a child is far from boring.

all this to say that there is not beauty in all forms of contrast mr walters.

I love you like a brother, i really do, but don't ever call me mr walters again.

I guess we'll have to argue this one out in person because my response will be much to long, and probably inappropriate, for our little livejournal community...

but I defiantly think you missed where i was going with this... then again communication is reciever based so maybe the problems on this end...

all i can say is don't ever call me mr walters again...

i think i know what you meant, but the way it was worded implied a bunch of stuff that you probably don't believe. for whatever reason, i decided to be an ass about it.

and yeah, the 'mr walters' thing was stupid. statement retracted, full apology.
