Kim Manners, director and producer for many episodes of Supernatural, has passed away from lung cancer. RIP Kim.

He was also a producer/writer for the Xfiles, I believe. Sad.

I looked on IMDB, and it says he produced 97 episodes. But not directed. I'm half informed too!

I don't think the season finale will be the same without him. It's amazing he was able to keep working while battling cancer.

We have a few people working who are battling cancer now too - and they end up going home quite early and often. So if he was able to keep going with that - that is amazing.

I obviously don't know what it's like, but these people look like they're in a lot of pain.
