I decided to take a break from doing comic icon challenges and I've decided to do one of BJ Hunnicutt from M*A*S*H for icons100.

Love 53- Sidney is such an awesome character.

Also love Alt 4/Red. That was such a great scene.

Thanks! I love Sidney. It's too bad he wasn't in more episodes. One of my favorite episodes is Dear Sigmund.

I came across here radomly while searching for that quote about the size 13 shoes. (I just finished Mike Farrell's autobiography.) Anyway, lovely icons!

Thanks! Mike Farrell's autobiography is next on my list of things to read. I just finished Alan Alda's "Never Have Your Dog Stuff and Other Things I've Learned."

I love that quote about BJ. Dear Sigmund is one of my favorite episodes.

I think you have just become my new graphics inspiration. The best thing about the show (that many people just don't get) is that it wasn't making fun of war, it was light of a serious situation, showing some of the horrors in a light hearted way. I defy anyone to watch the bit with Hawkeye's memory of a woman smothering a chicken and not be moved.

So true! I just watched the final episode the other night and that scene always breaks my heart. That and the scene with Charles and the musicians.

And where Father Mac yells at God. I say "yells" in a non-specific manor cause i don't think he actually yelled.

Dear Sigmund works so well. Love the reference to the Swamp as a Spa of sorts and the filling of Frank's air-raid shelter...

He didn't yell, but he did get angry at God. That episode had a lot of moments like that, that really tugged at you. Like when Hawkeye was upset that BJ left without leaving a note just like Trapper did.

I love that episode because it gives you insight into each character from Sidney's point of view. I love the practical jokes. Another great episode is the one where BJ vows to pull a prank on everyone within 24 hours. That one cracks me up.
