This time I just put the HTML in the doc as I typed! >.> Oh well, I've wanted to learn HTML for ages.
"Where is Shockwave?" Skywarp asked again, looking at the empty berth where Shockwave and the bitlet had both lain. There was an edge of panic in his voice, and both of his Trine-mates, and Soundwave, were fighting to keep him calm.
"He probably woke up and went exploring," Starscream answered firmly, optics flickering from Thundercracker to Soundwave. "'Wave, you've had two sparklings at once, you know the trouble they can get in to, right?"
Soundwave nodded, "Affirmative. Little ones probably playing. 'Warp, accompany." He motioned to Skywarp, now his mate, and led the black and purple Seeker away from their other two mates.
'Playing?' Thundercracker asked with a flick of his wings. 'You expect me to buy that?'
Starscream gave a little shrug. 'It's better than letting 'Warp panic. If they're playing, those two will find them, and if not, we'll be ready to go.
Skywarp had never realized just how well Soundwave and his cassettes knew the ship. Soundwave had spoken just a little to his younglings and they had instantly swarmed away, into the vents and the tubes and all the little crawly places that only the very small could reach. The telepath himself stayed with the Seeker, simultaneously searching for the sparklings telepathically and keeping Skywarp from descending into panic.
"Where is Shockwave... Shockwave, you little terror, where are you... don't be gone, please don't be gone..." Soundwave listened silently to Skywarp's pleas, feeling out for the suddenly-young mech. Rumble's appearance took both larger mechs by surprise.
"Boss...? I'm... 'fraid we gotta problem. Um, we should probably go back to the other two..."
Skywarp keened, and Soundwave had react quickly to keep the teleporter from using his skill. "They took him... they took him! Soundwave, let me go, they took him, they took..." The young Seeker's sorrow hit Soundwave and Rumble, the cassette collapsing entirely from the force. Soundwave wanted to help him, but it was all he could do to drag the wailing Skywarp back to the Trine's quarters. Half-way there, they were met by Starscream and Thundercracker, who instantly embraced Skywarp and began stroking him. After a few moments, he calmed down, looking at his mates in mute entreaty.
"Ssh... Don't worry, 'Warp," Starscream soothed. Slag them to the pit and back, those winglet stealing leaches, they will not reformat another of our kin! his wings and body spoke.
Let us make them pay... Thundercracker agreed. "We'll get it back, 'Warp. We'll get it back..."
This would have been better if they hadn't hit me with it when I went to sleep. And I had to go shopping, so... I fear I lost some of the bunny. -_-;
