I'm a little fascinated by Peter. (And I'm thinking about him more recently because I'm wondering if he's up for redemption in the last book.) Glad you enjoyed, and thanks! Maggie

Oh, thank you so much for replying! And thank you for the account time, o anonymous benefactor. I know it sounds silly, but an unexpected kindness was really meaningful, especially this week. Hm.... delirious, eau de vie, clarity and misanthrope, Or, what you will. I shall try to come up with something for you. Maggie

Oh, Maggie, this captures Peter perfectly. I like that they could've become friends like this--great idea. You know, I'm really hoping Peter can redeem himself in Book 7; he's a character I want to learn more about--his motives and reasons for, of course, doing what he did.

About Peter, you and I both! We'll have to talk about this again after book 7. I think he's slated for a small but significant act of heroism in the last book, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for reading! Maggie

Very nice! Good to see a bit of James-Peter friendship independent of the general Marauder dynamic, and nice portrayals of them both at age 11.

Ooh, lovely! Peter and the group dynamic fascinates me, too! And while Peter isn't bad to the bone in this, he's certainly playing politics, which is pretty sharp for a kid his age. Well done!

The playing politics does interest me, glad that came across. Thanks so much for reading and commenting! Maggie
