Ficlet: Do You Remember Alan Mackenzie and Drabble: All the Time in the World

Sep 22, 2009 01:01

*thunk* Exhausting day, but I did manage to do one thing I've been dreading for a while, so I've rewarded myself by taking the time to do something else I've meant to do for ages. Although in this case, I couldn't be happier to do it. Apologies in advance for this second-person kick I've been on lately.

Mmm, I love Sirius' tact in the first one - I wasn't aware he had such a thing! ;) I love that way of telling Remus.

And in the second - ahaha, such a complainer ♥ Remus sees right through him.

Love these~

*smile* Remus totally sees right through him, doesn't he? Thanks for reading! M.

It's been such a while since I last read an RS fic/ficlet from you - and I love both of them. :)

Two lovely drabbles - I love the subtlety of the first one.

Getting old, at thirty-six, ah!

Hee! I'm totally with Remus in thinking that thirty-six is not very old at all (and it may not be coincidental that's my age, as well). Sirius, having missed out on much of adult life, has yet to learn how young he still is. Thanks for reading! M.

Oh, so creative in so few words! I love the first one just for being so awesome and different (and I love second person as a rule!), and the second --- *SOB*!! OMG I had to read that three times after it struck me in the gut. Cute and happy, yes, but also: a;lksdfj *wipes tears*

I keep saying I have no time to write lately, but you've just reminded me how much fun a few hundred words can be. *runs off to try it while easing into the workday*

♥ !

Sweetie, thanks for such a lovely comment, and thanks especially for the comment on the last one. As I was saying to Minnow below, these were the kernel of longer ficlets that I've been planning to write for these two, and I'm just clearly not going to have time any time soon. This is the era of the very short ficlet for me, I suppose! *smooch* We can make a virtue out of it, right? M.
