Regardless of what I think about genderbent female characters, that is some damn fine amazing, convincing face morphing.

What are your thoughts on genderbent female characters? I haven't really considered it myself.

I'm cool with genderbend fic if:
a] canonically cis male characters explore body dysmorphia as trans women,
b] canonically cis male characters are genderbent to explore issues of sexism they wouldn't encounter as women...

...but not with canonically cis men genderbent into an AU where they were born as cis women in order to ~feminize~ them into het relationships mirroring pet M/M relationships. Especially when there are canonically het or bi female characters available for those relationships who are wonderfully lovely & worthy of having more fic written about them.
