Stargate Wreath
I made this Stargate wreath for my door a while back and thought I should share. It took a couple of hours and only cost a few dollars.
First I bought a regular wicker wreath from the art shop and spray painted it silver. Once dry, I used some of those threaded bead decorations for tree to act as the gate symbols and they were attached with some craft wire. The chevrons were made with gold and silver ribbon wrapped in a triangular formation around the wreath and sewn together at the back. The chevron lights are christmas bells, again just attached with craft wire. I then backed the wreath with some card that I had covered with blue cellophane. Attached wire for hanging and we have a go!
Also Cheyenne helped/inspected my handy work...
