Okay, so I'm really really sorry if this is just totally creepy but I found this on Tumblr and I knew I had to read it when I saw your name because I think I'd scrolled through a comment fic-a-thon link on Tumblr and found so much Lizzie/Darcy wonderfulness and I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS LBD FANDOM ON LIVEJOURNAL. And this was just so perfect. Like actually so perfect- just everything about it. And not to be such a rabid little fangirl, but I really love the last line because the foot-popping just totally reminds me of The Princess Diaries and it just means *fictionaltruelove*.

...I think I had somehow hoped that this would be generally speaking far more eloquent and calmly written, but....I'm a shipper. So that didn't happen.

Seriously, though, you're fabulous.

I love her thought process through this. (I also love that you and I are brain-twins about some of our thoughts on the progression of how it SHOULD go). I love the moment with Gigi - I love the little mentions of Lydia. I love that they finally start thinking of themselves and what they want as opposed to others. A moment of selfishness is necessary.
