Yes, yes, yes. This is lovely, everything that I knew I wanted for Elena, but perhaps didn't fully realise until now. Actions, reaction, all interupted with the possible inserts of the way her mind works like a writer, or perhaps used to work like a writer. An ambition that that I think canon Elena had put to rest,at least for the time being.

I have to admit, (somewhat guiltily) that my favourite part was the way she answered Stefan accusation of ripping his heart apart. I was so mad when she was unable to answer him on the show, especially with all the crap he'd pulled, beacause what, she was overwhelmed with compassion for him? Urgh.
