I love how they're already in an ~established relationship here and how comfortable they are talking about sex. Also this line deserves mention: "Elijah has the uncanny, and sometimes annoying, ability to know when Elena has something weighing on her mind. He does nothing but bluntly ask her what it is she wants after catching her mid-stare."
