[Sanji isn't treated to hearing the not-so subtle announcement. His journal is stashed in his suit while he gets to cooking at Seventh Heaven. After nearly a week of bed-resting, the only thing he wants to do is send himself into a cooking coma.

[It's during one of these instances, of course, that Lindsay - doodling listlessly on one of the margins with a pencil - glances up and... stops dead. She hadn't seen him at all since the cave-in, hadn't... hadn't heard anything, given how chaotic things had been afterwards. She'd tried not to think about the worst possibilities. It'd just been... easier. To ignore it, believe that everything worked out fine.

And... if Sanji was okay that meant Vivi would be too, right? Just... not here right now.

Of course, this all assumed she wasn't seeing things. It wasn't like she had a history of hallucinating or anything but she really didn't want this to be a first.]
