It's been fun staying with Sveinn so far- much better than sitting around the castle doing nothing, and far better company too. At least I have somewhere to stay, I suppose.

Of course they do! It's horrible that anyone could think of hurting people like that.

At least we're all behind the Ministry. We'll probably be the ones in this war.

You think so? I was going to fight anyway as soon as I'm of age, if it lasts that long. But I don't think there's a lot of people our age willing to jump in so fast...

They shouldn't get away with it much longer, if I have anything to do with it.

Well, you never know. A lot of people might be against it because they're scared or something, but there's got to be plenty of people who want to fight too.

Exactly. We'd better fight, at least so we can have some pride left at the end of it. And I won't let anyone else that I love get hurt, if I can help it.

Sure, I'm not doing much. And the house elves seem really nice; you take great care of them.
