For once, I don't have anything to complain about, so I thought I'd post. I've been keeping quiet because I was sick of myself whining. But not today.

But first, belated birthday greetings to reallycorking. May your next year be as beautiful as you are ( Read more... )

If it's still this cold this weekend, I'm going to do it for the Drama Queen, too.

It was pretty cool. I only used a measuring cup rather than a bowl because I was afraid of scaling myself. The effect was still neat, though.

Thank you, sweetie!! It was a good birthday. :D

Sorry about your daughter's friend's mom. :( God, that's so heartbreaking.

BUT AHHH I LOVE YOUR DOG. ♥!!! Speaking of your dog, I got your christmas letter yesterday! Thank you so much; it was such a pleasant surprise.

I'm sorry I'm so lame that I forgot to post on the actual day. But Yay! for good birthdays!

My dog is insanely weird. I think it's worse now because he's cooped up inside the house, except for those two minutes he does his business outside. A dog shouldn't live in a box, kid. Does things to ya.

*hugs all around* Just found out the secretary here at the school has breast cancer. That makes 3 this month alone. It's scary!!!!

Look for that silver lining! My silver lining is that even though we have a scary-high home equity payment, we can take the interest off our taxes. And we own our car. And our debt is almost consolidated.

Your dog! At least he's small. Fred is a medium-sized dog, but in a standard full bed, he takes up a chunk of space. It's been cold (yeah, right) here so he's in bed from the first moment, laying on my feet. This morning, he stood up, turned around, and flopped down across my legs. Talk about entitled!

Love you!

*hugs*

i've not done that in a while!!

i'm so sorry to hear about your daughter's friends mom. and calling her in a few days to talk is a great idea. you probably will be a great comfort to her.

as for the dog... that is just brilliant! i have a yorkie who thinks that she is a human and sleeps next to me every night under the covers as well.

dogs... they certainly can be spoiled to the point of exhaustion for their human counter-parts!
