Life, in brief.

So I had a (Quasi)roommate date on Monday! Kate and Corinne and I went out for sushi (omnomnom tempura shrimps and eel and smoked salmon and avocado roll, ommmmmnomnom!) and then rode around Orlando for a half hour looking for a movie theatre, Kelly had massive directions!fail, so we would up going to the Winter Park Villages theatre

Coraline was fantabulous. I missed the little song the rats sing. And the scotty dogs talking about eating chocolate.

Yes! That too. Annnnnd the whole other!father cellar scene, which scared the fuck out of me on paper. But she got to sing her Twitchy Witchy Girl bit, so that made me vurr happy.

Movie pulled the whole crafty spider thing off fantastically.

And the hand being made of needles? That just tickled me all shades of pink.

I kind of liked that the Other Father was slightly more sympathetic, but the basement scene was creepy as all hell.
