How many do you have? My housemate just bought a PS3 just so he can watch blu ray discs. I don't get what the hype is about.

I'm guessing around 500 DVDs and maybe 12 Blu-Ray discs. Blu-ray is capable of high-def, which does have a cleaner, sharper image... but it's not that big a deal. The real advantage comes when places start making additional content for the discs. So far that's pretty minimal, but it's starting to pick up.

I use Ant's Movie Catalog myself. You type in the title and it downloads everything from the Imdb. Works flawlessly after a little setup of the options. And it's free. :)

I'm lazy and don't want to do that much typing. Besides, barcode scanning is geekier.
