GORGEOUS COLORING is GORGEOUS. Your use of negative space always blows my mind, it's so good. And I might have to use that second Star Trek wallpaper just because the composition is so fantastic and the quote is so gorgeous even if I never watched TOS.

i love the quote as well, it all started out as an entry to tosdaily but i loved the picture so much, i made a wallpaper out of it. and that's when i went looking for bones&kirk quotes. and even though i don't really like complex wallpapers, i'm quite satisfied with how this one turned out (:

You have gorgeous cropping in these icons, particularly in 10, 15 and 19. I also love the coloring in 31 and the Star Trek wallpaper is awesome, I love the idea with the mirroring and the placement of the text.

thank you, i literally forced myself not to make as much negative space icons as i used to, to try something different.
and thanks, even though i prefer simple wallpapers - as this post clearly shows -, i'm happy with that one as well. (:
