HOLY SHIT! I road-marched this morning!!! For those who do not know, my hubby is an instructor at one of the Army's elite Selection & Training schools. He knew that I wanted to get back into road marching so he asked me if I wanted to try it this week when they have the student's do their first one. I am not sure about fun persay, I was definitly sweating and working out like crazy! So yeah it was kinda fun especially when I started passing up these guys by the droves! ;-) I was especially proud when I was able to sorta run up this huge hill and pass quite a few guys....whew... hubby was sweating up a storm and started complaining to me that I was pushing too hard and that I'd never make it at that pace. Hehehe... I showed him!

That is why I was so excited... I had not roadmarched since oh about.... 1997/98. I think my actual last roadmarch was in 1995/96 and I know it was only 3 miles long.

Thank you so much for the support. And you are welcome for a vist anytime girl. LOL! I am trying to plan a trip for 18 months out for some of us January '05 ladies at OH. We want to pick some major city and go shopping for a weekend! We are thinking that 12-18 months we'd all be healed and probably have our PS by then. Hehehehe

I Don't actually knwo yet... I am still too early out but I would love to have it between 11-13 months out. It all depends on if I make goal weight by then. LOL!

I'm proud of you too. That is a great accomplishment first time back. You are definitely doing well by your exercising and diet to be able to go into that and come out strong. You go girl!
