Poetry is about the only thing I don't read in 'The New Yorker'. Then again, their poetry is far removed from this sultry, kindly, sphere. Aye, the subjects of your verse are archtypes of my familiarity.

In turn this triggered a sensual (not erotic) dream I once had. I was out at my cabin and decided I was tired. For whatever reason I went out to the woods and pulled back a sheet of lichen (dry,white,crunchy growth) like a blanket and inserted my naked body into cool, chocolatey soil that was not unlike crumbled Oreo cookies. The soil I have hereNnow is far removed from that yet I'm 'aroused' to go get dirty.

While I have not had the dreams for awhile I have been living the reality ;>
We are going to be headed back to Michigan to the local of said dream in about a week, for vacation.
