[Maybe you spotted Japan as he walked through the doors of a certain hallway only to have a bucket of water fall on him. Or maybe you notice him on the way back to his room to find a change of clothes? The Gryffindor common room ( Read more... )

[Kaito is so innocent. Look at how he's innocently reading his history book and not fighting the urge to burst into laughter. Perfectly Innocent.]

[He lowers the book and gives the guy a look as he walked into the common room]

...What happened to you?

[He's so focused on ugh I'm soaking that he doesn't notice how suspicious Kaito really is. Yup. He does glance over at the words though.]

...Ah... I am not quite sure. There was a bucket of water...

Jeez. That's harsh. And here I thought we'd get a break for Christmas.

[Oh so innocent]

I am not often granted such breaks, it seems. [As he tries to wring out the robes a bit.]

[Japan will run into Hungary idly sitting around the Gryffindor common room doing some sort of homework that she's not particularly engaged in.]

Ah, Japan! I'd heard you were here from Taiwan. ....May I ask what happened?

Ah? [He turns before spotting her and then taking another look down at himself with a sigh.]

Ahh, yes... ...As I entered through a door, a bucket of water fell on my head.

....I see. Probably that stupid poltergeist people have been talking about. Stupid thing is almost as annoying as Prussia, he swiped my potions homework and I ended up being late for class from the time I wasted getting it back from him.

Uwah... That is truly unfortunate.

Unusual, huh.. What would you mean by 'unusual'? [ she seems to ponder this to herself for a few moments before she writes on. ]

Do you mean you were bathing before you were pulled here or something like that? Scandalous!

[He's thinking, who would wonder something like that?!]

No I was not!! My time is in the past compared to my friends, however. That is what I meant.

Aw, that's much more boring..

But I don't know, I don't have any of my friends here, or anyone from my world, so.. I guess I can't compare. [ ... ] There's talking unicorns here though. [ as if that will help this case in any way. ]

[Long pause.]

Talking unicorns. [...] I see. I will have to keep that in mind.

[No he's completely unsure of what to say, but this person was being helpful right? Or trying? So he'd be polite.]

I have heard you need professor permission to access the restricted section. [Have some very loopy cursivey handwriting, Japan!]

[Oh my, so fancy.]

That does seem to be what I am hearing. It is strange to block off an entire section of the library, though.

If you do manage to get in, please tell me what you find. It does seem very strange.

I've been wondering about that, too!

[ The voice comes from behind Japan. It's Taiwan, her arms leaning on the back of the couch. It seems she was reading over his shoulder. ]

What did they say, Japan?

[A glance to Taiwan. Ahh, she always appears out of nowhere. Luckily the only surprise that shows is a brief expression, and then he's looking back at the... device.]

To which question?

The first one! [ Leans closer and points at the first sentence he wrote. ]

I see. [Focusing on that line.]

I have been told that some others are in the same situation, so it is not so uncommon.
