We liked the Indiana Jones film, too!!! I was so sad when it was over. I kept saying over and over again that I don't want it to be over. :( Robert reminded me that we could always see it again so I'd be up for that, too!!

With the previous three films, the wow factors were rooted in religious mythology; here I agree that it veered toward the SciFi world that hadn't been part of Indy before. I kept thinking of the first X-Files movie during the penultimate section of the movie. I was a little disappointed in the hodgepodge of artifacts - it was too much like National Treasure - and when we saw NT, I kept expecting to see Harrison Ford and Sean Connery wander into a scene eventually. Having said that, I still enjoyed the movie for the most part.

I wouldn't mind seeing it again either. I still think the original Raiders was the best - got a good giggle the moment they opened the big old doors - you knew exactly what was going to show up somewhere in that mess.

I'm glad most people seem to like the Indy movie. I was hesitant about seeing it but now I think I'm just going to go for it.
