In the last few days I've gotten an average of 4-5 hours of sleep. This wouldn't be a problem... If I would fall asleep around midnight or something but my pillow has met me no later than 7pm the last two nights and 9 the night before that. Now if you do the math that means... yes...that I am up before midnight, I've been up since 10 completely ( Read more... )

some things that have worked really well for me lately are having routines before bed, like always doing things in the same order, going to the gym late at night, and always listening to the same music, like the album leaf, when i go to bed.
