My back is bruised from my hips to my shoulder blades.
it is so sore!
the bruising hasnt come through yet, but it's red and swelling.
By back hit the concrete so hard... I'm so lucky I didnt hit my head! But lucy tried to grab my legs, so my back lurched, and I lifted my head so I wouldnt hit it and my back curved and slammed into the concrete.
