I see a lot of Magneto | Erik Lehnsherr in your appication, not only in your traits ( but I really think he is revengeful, but not because he is evil but because of what people did to him, I can see him in your "Would you have henchpeople" answer as well because Magneto's henchmen were mostly like him ahd shared his goal. Your goal as a villain really screams Magneto to me, because he wanted to make the world a better place and "the end justifies the means" is definitely something I can picture him saying.
