Opening the door, he grinned as he found Belle on his front step. His own features were a little weary, his eyes shadowed, but otherwise he was the picture of health and power as he reached out to wrap her in a warm, welcoming hug.
"Babe, yer a sight for sore eyes." he chuckled quietly as he drew back. "Please, come in...excuse the, uh, lack of a mess? I sorta took a shortcut around the whole 'decorating' thing."

As she spoke, he could tell she was a bundle of energy at the mere prospect of having a place to play with.
"So, are you going to shoot down my hopes and dreams, or going to let me loose on your place?" Belle quipped, grinning at him as she rubbed her hands together excitedly.
