Theodore had considered using the potion Remus had previously given him, but he didn't want to show up and remain invisible for a long time after. Instead he'd gathered his robe and slippers and quietly snuck out. As with every adventure, his heart pounded in his chest and he tried not to breath to loudly. Remus sat up a little straighter in his chair when he heard Theo come in. It had to be Theo, no one else could get in without him inviting them or answering the door.

He looked over to him and waved him in. He'd made sure the fire was going, he'd even picked up some of the clutter a bit.

"Come, sit with me..." He gestured to his lap.

Theo smiled softly as he headed over and after a moment's pause, did as Remus asked and climbed into his lap, careful not to knock anything or bash the other.

"Not disturbing you am I?" Without even thinking about it he snuggled a little closer. Although he was still a little shy, he figured they were past that stage in the relationship where he should end up blushing like a berry, even if his cheeks were still slightly red.

Remus smiled and put his arms around Theo gently.

"Oh, yes, you're disturbing me, that's why I told you to come here tonight."

He kissed Theo's hair and chuckled a little.

"Of course you're not disturbing me. I wanted you to come see me."

Theo always disturbed him, actually, but not in a bad way. Not in a bad way at all.

"How was your day, then? Any bug hunting or eyeball aquisitions? Any of the students or professors giving you trouble so I can hunt them down and throttle them for you?"

He ran his hand up and into Theo's hair, smoothing it just a little.

Theo let out a chuckle as he leant into the hair petting and lightly shook his head.

"No, no one's been bothering me. Lessons were okay, I got caught up on everything, and spoke with Justin in the library before Herbology".

It was easier to relax now and he let himself enjoy it. "No bug hunting or additions to my eye collection. I don't think I'd have any room if I found anymore". He chewed on his lip slightly in thought. "I need a new jar, should also change the embalming fluid next time I have chance..."

He trailed off and looked up at Remus, grinning a little sheepishly. "Probably bore you with that". He paused and smiled again before wrapping an arm lightly around Remus's neck. "How were your lessons?"
