I was a huge Beatle fan in high school, and I was devastated when he was killed. And my parents made me go to school that day!! I don't even know now if my brain can handle the fact that someone as special as him could be just erased with a few bullets, when it happened I couldn't accept it at all.

I went to school too, but we spent all of my English class talking about John Lennon - old teacher, Mr. Holden - was a big hippie. And it kicked off the one and olnly hardcore pothead period of my life - for some reason, I started hanging out with the burnouts and smoking every day. I was tired of that by spring. Maybe I thought that smoking would help me make sense of it?

Just got back from Strawberry Fields. I took a few photos and if any are good I'll post them.
