Crucial wedding decisions

So Tuesday morning, Brett woke up and informed me he'd been thinking very seriously about our wedding. He told me he didn't think we should have live chickens at our ceremony. I said, that's just fine by me.

Yeah......don't have a wedding. Just elope.

100% agree. It just makes everyone, especially your parents/his parents, go completely insane. I wish I'd eloped, despite how much fun I had on my wedding.

Future advice: Having kids is this same amount of insanity x 10000. Don't tell anyone... Just hide for 9 months and show up with a surprise grandkid. Seriously.

I kind of wish we had eloped too...though i'm holding out hope that the wedding and reception itself will make it all worth it. I think i just need to expect insanity the day of, and then I won't be disappointed.=D

I can imagine having kids would be orders of magnitude worse, family-wise. Actually, I can't imagine it at all. What a change! And my MIL already has an opinion about everything.... I hope I won't have to worry about that for a long time.

Exactly. Planning a wedding gives one some crazy-ass dreams.
