Dear lord, where have I been? And why have I neglected you so terribly? *weeps over her LJ's nearly dead body* Speaking of, are many people still actively updating on here? I check Simsecret every week and have noticed a huge decline in submissions since when I was last really active (about a year ago?). Are you people still out there?!

Well it's so good to see you!
It seems that almost everyone has migrated over to tumblr. Most LJ posts these days are just for downloads or long posts that people link to from their tumblrs.

It's good to see you too! :D And psh. who does that? Not me. o3o (I only did it once, I swear. xD) Yeah, I like Tumblr well enough, but it's mostly just photosharing. It's nice to read what Sim players have been up to every once in a while as well. Especially since I don't create often, so that's basically all I can offer, haha.

I do it too, honestly. xD
My issue with tumblr is that it isn't very comment-friendly. You either "like" it which doesn't really say much to the person who did it, or you have to reblog to add your own comments, but I don't really want my tumblr to just be full of my silly comments on other people's stuff.
I do like tumblr, a lot, but I miss the activity on LJ.

Couldn't agree with you more. I try to only post my own stuff on my Simblr so I never really reblog anything, but then I feel bad that I'm only able to give someone an impersonal "like" when in my head I'm like, "Wow, that looks amazing!" Maybe people will get tired of Tumblr and come back to LJ? :D Probably wishful thinking, haha. But it would be nice to see more activity.
