I ran into one of Ed's friends, Phil, as I was walking back to my dorm from Rubio's yesterday. I mentioned it was my birthday and he says "Ah! Birthdays are so anticlimatic these days, aren't they?" In many ways, I suppose that's true. It was really cool though that people actually said happy birthday and stuff, and I even got a few phone calls
