This is the Simmons transfer essay. Thoughts? Please?

if you go to simmons, that means you will be in boston, which means that you will be like 45 min away from wheaton where i go, which means that we need to hang out if you get in.

If you wanted to be cheeky, one could reference the movie "Liar, Liar."

I think that assuming Western Civilization would come crashing down would be a little harsh. Our way of life might change. We might all find it socially acceptable to cover our faces all the time. We might begin conducting complicated things over the phone or internet.

Of course things would change. But as a species, our achievement has been based almost solely upon our ability to adapt. We've done it before, we'd do it again.

I'm going to generally agree with our little belle up above me there. I would like to add that it would be the first time we could say that politicians were brightening our world.
