Looking for a longish fic.

The part I remember is the Seven on a train. For loads of reasons I don't remember someone, not one of the seven, ended up caught by indians who, for some other reason I don't remember, were fighting the people on the train. This man had been a coward and a bully the entire trip but was trying to die bravely. Thanks! Turns out I even had it saved, just didn't recognise it. SasseyJ:s twins brings happier memories than the snippet I remembered. It really is an excellent series, isn't it?
