I know of one, although I'm pretty sure I've read more than one. The one that I could find is "X-Magnificence", by Richy. It is the intro story for a series, Evolution, although I don't know if there have been any more stories done for the series. It can be found at the regular blackraptor site.

Don't know if this is quite what you were expecting, and don't know why it took me so long to think of it, but Vin has a different way of perceiving things in Non Sequitur's "Trace and Sign", a very choice OW piece on BlackRaptor.

I sure wish this truly gifted author would post more stories.
