Ezra/Vin in New Orleans

I'm looking for a particular fic. It's a fairly long Ezra/Vin. There is a conflict between the two at the beginning and Ezra leaves town, ending up taking passage on a river boat and ending up in New Orleans. Vin eventually follows and courts Ezra there. They return to Four Corners at the end.

Any one know this one?

Yes, that is the "A Drawing Hand" by Cobalt, but this fic was hosted on Geocities and even the wayback machine doesn't seem able to help here :o(
