requesting help for two fics

I need your help finding a Old West fiction with the focus on Chris and Ezra (gen).  I remember it featured some bad guy holding a gun to Ezra's head and being cornered in Josiah's church (I think).  Chris hears that the bad guy has Ezra and he gets the drop on the bad guy's sons (at least three sons).  He drags them at gun point and threatens to
