cool, I was just going to ask about the how and where of submitting.
I'm guessing you want the stories in one complete chunk and not divided into parts?

Whatever is easier for you to send via email. If you are sending the file in chunks, just go: Author - sablecain, part 1/3 or something like that. :)

A question regarding story parts: in case your story exceeds LJ's character limit (which if I remember correctly is cca 50-60 000 characters, depending on several factors), do you have a preference where we should insert a break in your story?

Hi,

Some questions for you.

1. Do you want the artists to include the same formatted information like the authors or do we have a different format?

2. I made several story banners for my authors to choose from and I've uploaded the 8 possible banners for one author and 5 banners which the other author said she liked the best at photobucket. All the banners are jpg. I'm not sure if there would be enough available space to send all the banners in an emailand I am unsure of which banner the authors will choose to use So, Can I email the link to the banners instead?

1) Whoops! When you send the image, please include which author the image corresponds with.

2) emailing the links will be fine, just make sure you let us know which link goes with whatever author the image goes to

But I'm afraid my story just isn't ready :(

It's hit the required word count, but isn't at a good place to stop, and I don't much fancy putting up a WIP story, so I guess I need to pull it out. If I get it done before next week is over would you still want me to send it to you?
