Artist and Mixer Claim Post

Hello everyone!

We have a small lot to pick from this year so I am opening this post for multiple claims! We'll go with two claims per story for now and if there is more interest, we'll open the post up for third claims.

Information for Artists:Art can take whatever form you like, so long as your writer is able to display it along with their fic

Out of curiosity (and also because this is my first BB), does this mean the other authors dropped out, or their stories will not ever be available? Or will their fics be added to the list when their drafts are submitted? Have they lost the chance to submit something? If things stay as they are, does this mean every fanartist has to pick either of the two stories to art for, or do the fanartists bow out to even the artist/fic ratio? How does this work?

The authors knew the fic was due on Friday of last week. There was even a week extension due to the hurricane. The amount of fic you see there is all that was submitted for this year's Big Bang.

One fic had an artist choose it already but because there's only two tics up, another artist can choose it again. After that, there's only one more fic for artists to grab.

Plus sometimes artists or authors sign up for a Big Bang and then just choose not to submit anything or have personal issues come up or are unable to meet the deadline so they drop out. They either tell me or they don't.

Oh, I see. It didn't occur to me the author:artist ratio could be so one-sided. As there are more than enough artists left to contribute to the stories remaining, I will drop out. Thank you for hosting the BB.

This is the first time it's happened (and it's our only third BB; I honestly expected there to be many more writers. :-(
