It seems we've had a slight issue with one of the artists/fanmixer's not recieving their story. Has anyone else had this issue ( Read more... )

And the story has been resent! if you still haven't recieved it, contact me again and we'll work out another way to get the story to you.

OK, I have a question not about not getting the story, but something else - what do you do if you know who your author is, you've received the story in question, you sent them an email letting them know you'll be doing illustrations for their story, and you still haven't received a reply, days later?

I re-sent my email, but what if I still don't get a reply? I need time to sort out possible illustrations, do preliminary sketches and show them to my author. I don't want to get started, only to be told that my vision is not what they've expected.

Okay, since you haven't gotten an email, I'll pm you the LJ name and you could try a PM if you haven't already?

But frankly, if they haven't responded back in regards to your concnerns and you go ahead with the drawings and they don't like them, then it's their own fault for not replying back.
