I take it people can see into your window. You exhibitionist, you!

My husband and I have always been sticklers with closing the curtains as soon as it gets dark. In our new home, we have a bow window and a door with a half window facing our back yard. Neither have curtains. It's weird knowing whoever lives behind us can see in, but I am in no hurry to cover them.

and don't forget that living on the 5th floor I'm not much of a display for people in the street. I have a building opposite mine across the street but I very rarely see anybody in its windows myself so it doesn't bother me)

I don't mind leaving the curtains open during the day. My window faces the road, so once it's dark I close them when the light is off or change my clothes in another room. My brother and his friends like to park and listen to music outside. :( When they are not there, I am free!
