You've been quiet a while. Is the world making you crazy?

No, the world is pretty good, overall. It's just that I can't talk about a lot of the stuff I'm doing. Work results can't be "published" anywhere so I need to be careful when talking about those, and while there's not a lot of personal stuff going on, what is there...well, it's complicated and I don't want to have to deal with following through on an LJ post about it unless it takes a different course than the one I'm currently expecting. Yes, that is a bit cryptic, but if you're curious let me know and I'll e-mail you. ;)

MikeyWay and I both forgive you. ;) Thanks, but I don't look like that most of the time. In fact, when my friend who sits next to me saw that picture, she couldn't believe it was me. (I had just gotten my hair done and was wearing contacts and make-up.)
