writer software for mac?

hey, everybody!

does anybody use an special writerly software like ywriter only for macs?  i'm looking at scrivener and jer's novel writer currently.  i don't mind spending a little money on software, but $100 is totally out of my league, so PowerWriter is probably out.  any helpful insights would be most welcome!

i just read a post somewhere recently........gah, i don't remember which comm it it was in...but anyway, the person making the post said that jer's novel writer is amazing. she said it was really easy to use and that it was so handy in that she could write random scenes and place them in an outline and put things in drawers and such. I am not familiar with the program, but i have heard good things about it.

sweet! thanks! i will probably go with that then. as long as somebody besides the creator actually likes it, then i probably will too. :-)
