[Halfway to the Outlander Block, Kaien halts just long enough to take his Forge out and dial Ukitake before replacing the Forge in his shihakushou. Thus, when Ukitake picks up, he can here the telltale sounds of a shinigami in shunpo]
There's an injured man that just arrived, called Liam. He's one of Xerxes' friends from home, and he said [well, implied] it was life-threatening. [It hadn't looked that bad just over the network, but Kaien's not about to doubt it. He knows that Liam is Serious Business for Break, and it's safest not to take chances.]
If you're nearby the Outlander Block, can you help me look for him?

All I could see over the network was some kind of head wound and an injured shoulder. But there's probably more I couldn't see since he couldn't...get to the door to tell me his room number.

We are also searching blind. Check the outer windows of the complex first, and I will take to going door to door.
