I've read everything by Cornwell except for the romances, and I loved nearly all of them. The Saxon stuff he's writing lately leaves me pretty cold, but I bet you'd like it better than I do. And Sharpe? Love it.

He really put some serious research in his books. Enjoyed reading his works
