The part in quotes translates as 'great chieftain o' the puddin race' - or haggis, an ancient creature that inhabits mountainous areas of the world, principally associated with Scotland.

You know, I've never actually seen a picture of haggis before. That's revolting. (the article, however, is hilarious)

I'd also never seen a picture of Haggis either. I'll admit, especially lying in the straw, it has a striking resemblance to something defiantly not appetizing.
