As for the 'mahjong' thing... Perhaps a handful of old men playing mahjong together really does contribute in SOME way to the degeneration of society's morales, and needs to be STOPPEDLIEKOMG!!! - but I'm more focused on the people spending hundreds and thousands in casinos at Genting Highlands.
