It's a great story but the actors don't help. They kinda suck. But you should give the HQ a chance, it's so much better than the tv show.

Oh, absolutely. The actors are pretty bad, and it would require more talent than all of them combined have to make those characters shine ;) I'm definitely thinking of checking out the source material though.

Have you tried Nikita? Not sure whether it'd be your thing, but I love it.

I haven't yet. I think it kind of slipped my mind since I didn't hear much about it after it premiered, but I was meaning to check it out since I loved La Femme Nikita when I was a kid!

And we have pretty similar taste in TV, so I'll give it a shot for sure :)

It's kind of ridiculous at times, but in a pretty awesome way. It probably helps that I had low expectations, but everyone I know who watches it is loving it.

I had a hard time with the pilot but the show is growing up on me even if i think there is too much blabla in it *lol*

Yeah, I keep watching because I do think it's improving. But I agree, there's a bit too much blabla going on :D

It's really pretty good, except for the second episode dragging on a bit, and it's a nice blend of classic Holmes with more modern things and humor. Definitely recommended!
