Everyone "Loves" Navel-Gazing!

In high school (the parts of it that I showed up for), I used to open up a computer file every night before I went to sleep and write about...nothing in particular. My day and what I thought about it. As you can imagine it's quite angsty, but there are some good parts. I used to do the same thing. Not every day. But I chronicled my angst pretty religiously. I wrote a lot of letters to people, and I wrote a lot of it in code in case someone found it or something (because I was also slightly paranoid, and wrote on that too). I can't bear to look at any of them but I also can't bear to delete or throw them out.

Soooo, I think I know how you feel for the most part, or I can at least relate to this.

I think it's healthy to just write your thoughts out, even if you don't ever look back at them. Whether or not you look back is entirely up to you.
